The Diamond Awards were established with the primary goal of improving visibility for the extraordinary projects undertaken by concrete cutting specialists. These awards not only demonstrate the professionalism of the companies involved but also serve as a benchmark for quality and innovation within the industry. 

The Diamond Awards 2025 will be held on  10 April 2025, during the world renowned bauma 2025 trade fair in Munich, Germany. The award ceremony will take place in Room B12 at the bauma venue, offering a unique opportunity to network with peers, exchange ideas, and celebrate the best in the industry.

There are two categories: Jobs and Products. The Job category highlights the skill and precision of contractors in executing complex concrete cutting projects, while the Product category celebrates the latest innovations and advancements in tools and equipment used by the industry. 

One of the key aspects of the Diamond Awards is their role in fostering international collaboration and the exchange of knowledge. By bringing together professionals from different countries the awards create a unique opportunity to share techniques, methodologies and innovations that can help propel the industry forward. This spirit of collaboration is at the heart of the IACDS’ mission to promote and protect the interests of the concrete cutting industry worldwide.

The Diamond Awards are open to all companies involved in concrete drilling and sawing. This includes both contractors, who have executed remarkable projects, and manufacturers who have created innovative products that push the boundaries of the industry. The deadline to submit entries for the IACDS Diamond Awards 2025 is 31 December 2024.

Past editions of the Diamond Awards have seen a diverse range of projects, each showcasing the unique challenges and innovative solutions that define our industry. From complex underwater cuts to precision drilling in sensitive environments, the winning projects have demonstrated the versatility and ingenuity of concrete cutting profession. These projects are a testament to the skill and dedication of the professionals who make our industry what it is today.
