Just in time for bauma, Tyrolit presents its new, powerful WSE912 compact wall saw. With freely detachable saw blades with diameters of up to 700mm, and with 925mm as a maximum diameter, it can be used for a wide range of cutting jobs, particularly in tight spaces, such as balconies. It comes with a modular design and components that are easy to mount and separate, which makes the new WSE912 a service friendly and easy to maintain system. It is so designed that even in the event of a phase failure, the integrated, innovative OmniGrid technology makes sure the cutting process can be completed.

Compact wall sawing 

The components of the new WSE912 wall sawing system are designed  for user friendliness. It also has a compact saw head and has an integrated drive motor and a water cooled swivel arm. Thanks to ‘P2’ technology, it is said to deliver maximum performance and reliability. With the appropriate equipment, it even enables dry cutting. The futuristic design of the WSE912’s all-in-one blade guard also ensure maximum stability, whilst the smooth inner surface significantly reduces dirt adhesion, which also makes cleaning much easier. The blade guard is height adjustable up to 40mm, has openings for a visual depth scale and a flush cutting function, and can be mounted without tools.

The WSE912 was developed with a strong focus on the user and on efficient working being evident in the new PPE12RR electrical control unit. Its robust, full metal housing provides maximised operational safety and protection against vibrations to sensitive components. It is designed for modular use and can also be used for ring sawing. Moreover, it is equipped with an integrated ‘MoveSmart’ module. The matching remote control is said to impress with intuitive handling and an excellent battery life.

The wall sawing system is rounded off by practical accessories such as an equally compact and versatile transport trolley and an ultra-light rail system. In addition, Tyrolit offers a range of matching diamond saw blades in TGD technology, which are designed to get maximum cutting performance out of the new wall sawing system. 

Reliable power supply thanks to OmniGrid technology

The major highlight of the PPE12RR electrical control unit, however, is the integrated OmniGrid. With this, concrete cutting work can be completed even when power supply is unreliable, such as in the event of a phase failure, excessively low supply voltages or other faults. With OmniGrid, it is even possible to work with long cables and, thus, large distances from the power supply to still get the job done.
