Lindner showcases shredding and system innovations at Ifat
Published 19/4 at 09:55At this year’s Ifat, Lindner will showcase innovations in shredding and system solutions with a focus on classic input materials.
Two new products will be presented, including a stationary universal shredder with twin shaft technology primarily geared towards waste wood, industrial and commercial waste and scrap, as well as an electrically powered a semi mobile single shaft shredder with an independent track drive which covers a wider range of input materials thanks to its modular system. Depending on the material stream and output material requirements, the user can choose between a blade or pointed knife system. In terms of cutting system innovations, Lindner’s ‘Komet’ secondary shredding series features screwable knife holders. Furthermore, a new ‘Urraco’ shaft pair specifically designed for scrap recycling will be showcased. If used as a coarse primary shredder upstream of a hammer hill or cross flow shredder, it is said to maximise the hammer mill’s output and reduce the need for maintenance. Lindner will also present developments to address chemical recycling at an expert talk on the Orange Stage at Ifat and will be located in hall B6, booth 251/350 (indoors) and VDMA Practical Days (outdoors).
