This is the sixth time in the past 11years in which Hilti has received the coveted GPTW recognition. The ranking captures the perspective of both the employees and the organisation, the former accounting for two-thirds of the final score.

The employees share their perspective via an anonymous survey (Trust Index) while the organisation reports on a list of key performance indicators (Culture Brief) and undergoes an evaluation of its human resources processes and measures (Culture Audit) conducted by GPTW. To be recognised as one of the best workplaces, organisations must achieve a Trust Index of at least 70% and meet the criteria established in the Culture Audit.

“Our company’s caring and performance oriented culture is the foundation of our success.
