Conjet AB demonstrated its strong commitment to the North American market with the establishment of its regional headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina. Since 2021, this facility has been a vital resource for Conjet’s customers, offering comprehensive support, training, and spare parts availability across the region.

Strategic location

Conjet’s North American headquarters is situated at the CLT Logistics Park, less than 10 minutes from Charlotte Douglas International Airport. With Charlotte’s airport ranking No. 4 nationally in direct domestic flights, Conjet’s customers can easily travel to the facility for demonstrations, training, and consultations, all within a single day’s trip. Andy Anderson, national accounts manager, emphasised the importance of accessibility: “Since our headquarters is located less than 10 minutes from the CLT airport, most of our customers and industry stakeholders can fly in for demos and training, gain valuable insights, and still return home the same day. We are extremely excited to offer this level of convenience and accessibility to the market.”

Comprehensive services and facilities

The Charlotte headquarters is designed to enhance customer success and drive industry growth by providing a full suite of services tailored to the needs of hydrodemolition professionals. Key features include spare parts, training and demonstrations, service and maintenance, sales and support, all aimed at driving Conjet’s market growth. Conjet’s physical presence in North America aligns with its long term vision of promoting hydrodemolition as the preferred method for concrete removal and surface preparation.

The Charlotte facility not only supports existing customers but also serves as an educational hub, showcasing the advantages of hydrodemolition technology to a broader audience. Andy Antle, Conjet’s operations manager for North America, highlighted the company’s goals: “The Charlotte headquarters is a significant milestone as we continue to provide top tier support to our customers and advance the hydrodemolition market. Our facility enables us to meet with customers face to face, offer educational opportunities, and enhance our level of service.”

Driving industry engagement

Recent activities at the Charlotte headquarters included ‘Conjet University’ and ‘Conjet Demo Day’, events that brought together industry stakeholders for live equipment demonstrations and hands on training in ‘ACR’ techniques. These events provided a unique opportunity for professionals to experience the benefits of hydrodemolition firsthand and engage with the Conjet team. “One of the questions we always get is,  where can I see a hydrodemolition robot in action?”  Hosting a live demonstration at our Charlotte HQ early in the year, before the start of major construction season, allows interested prospects and engineering groups the ability to see hydrodemolition robots and pumps in a safe and controlled environment.  We also provide an in-depth presentation to really point out the key benefits of hydrodemolition for concrete repairs,” says Tim Best, North America customer success manager.

Conjet welcomes customers and partners to visit the Charlotte facility at any time. With a dedicated North American team, including Andy Anderson, Andy Antle, and Tim Best, Conjet is fully committed to supporting the region’s hydrodemolition needs now and in the future.
