Asset management with Tyrolit’s ‘MoveSmart’

Tyrolit states that more and more companies are using its MoveSmart platform to digitalise operating processes and to make them more efficient in the long term. For the MoveSmart team, a high level of personal support is key for implementing, administrating and adapting the platform.

Whether it is maintenance management of company machinery, the tracking of vehicles or inventory management, with just a few clicks the MoveSmart digital asset management platform comes with a wide range of applications. More and more companies are said to be relying on the flexible platform solution from Tyrolit, and depending on their needs, individual company processes can be digitalised and, thus, designed more efficiently. One of the highlights of this innovative platform is the fact that established processes of the customer do not have to be redesigned, as the platform can be adapted and personalised according to their needs.

 

Efficient, user oriented, personal

All of this is made possible by a high level of personal support. In addition to various training courses and the personal implementation of the software and hardware on site, the MoveSmart team can customise the system at any time, in case it does not yet fully comply with the customer’s processes. A significant added value for the business person of tomorrow, who values efficient workflows, simplified resource management and personal support.

This proved the case at the MDG Group in Switzerland. “Before MoveSmart, we had dozens of separate Excel lists, forms and PDFs. This was a considerable administrative effort, which is now much simpler with the help of the MoveSmart platform,” says Markus Käser, strategic buyer at the MDG Group. He also emphasises the ongoing support provided by the MoveSmart team: “The personal support and the training on how to optimally integrate the platform into our workflow confirms that Tyrolit is the right partner for our asset management.”

However, it is not only in German speaking countries that customers are increasingly opting for MoveSmart. More and more international customers also use the innovative platform solution. Diamond Drilling SRL from Romania, for example, has also been working with MoveSmart since autumn 2024, particularly appreciating the personal and on demand support from Tyrolit. The MoveSmart support team even travelled to Bucharest last year to implement the system and the corresponding hardware directly at the customer’s premises. In addition to the training sessions they held, the team also worked on mapping future business processes with the customer, thus creating real added value. 

The grade of personal and implementation support can individually be defined by MoveSmart customers. They can integrate the platform themselves completely or in part, or they can have it implemented by Tyrolit within the comprehensive implementation service according to what suits best for them.
